This Weeks Dinner - Week 2

Monday:  Gazpatcho style pasta, w/ custini & salad
Tuesday:  Italian sausage pizza, left over custini & marinara
Wednesday:  Chicken salad wrap & veggie straws
Thursday:  Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes & corn
Friday:  Take out
Saturday:  Pulled pork hoagies, broccoli slaw & baked beans
Sunday:  Left overs


  1. I've never tried Gazpatcho...or judging! Veggie straws from Costco? If that's what you're talking about, love them!

  2. It was really good. I'll work on a post for the recipe. Custini is so easy and yummy too. Just a baguette sliced brush on olive oil with garlic. Put oven on broil, it only takes about 3 mins to cook. Good stuff! As for the Veggie straws, of course the ones from Costco, lol. They are amazing.
