I just ordered this from http://www.etsy.com/shop/PerfectPretties can’t wait to get it.  It’s just adorable.  My life has been overwhelmed with baseball lately and I LOVE it.  It’s almost end of the season BBQ for the JR League and guess who gets to make the cake?!  Me!  I can’t wait to share it with you.  The hubby says to make a giant bat and ball.  I want something similar to this one:http://kraftykreationz.blogspot.com/2012/04/cake-pops-for-baseball.html  But not to similar.  We’ll see.  Any ideas?

Shabby Salvage

I have always had an infatuation for vintage furniture or anything vintage for that matter.  I have recently been working on quite a few projects and wanted to share one that I finished a while back.  This bookshelf was once a worn brown.  Sorry I don’t have a before picture.  It currently sits in my room.  It was a yard sale find.  Can’t wait to share more.

Not the prettiest picture but wanted to share it with you.  If you ask me, that looks like a clear sign of production.  I am currently getting ready for a show this weekend and have been so busy.  This little mess is only part of it.  I started feeling some creativity blockage and decided to clean up.  Doing a quick clean up can sometimes help get my creative juices flowing.  How about you?  What helps you get your creative juices going?
